Causes: Violent muscle contraction during tonic clonic seizure
Presentation: Arm in adduction and internal rotation and unable to perform external rotation
O/E: Anterior shoulder flattening, prominent Coracoid process
Imaging:
Internal rotation of humerus head( light bulb sign)
Joint space widening( rim sign)
Trough line sign
Rx: Closed reduction
