Symptoms( postprandial abdominal cramps, weakness, diaphoresis and light headedness) due to rapid gastric emptying of hypertonic content to the duodenum
Rx: First- Dietary changes; small frequent meals
Avoid simple carbohydrates
If diet fails try ocreotide
Intractable cases reconstructive surgery.
