Excessive crying in a healthy infant ( evening time ) with difficulty comforting the child.
Crying more than 3 hrs a day, >3 days a week, >3 week in a month.
First seen within 3 weeks of life and resolves spontaneously by 4 months age.
Rx: Probiotics or simethicone can be tried.
