Primary and secondary syphilis treatment 
First line: Intramuscular penicillin G 
Allergic to pencillin: Doxycycline 

Tertiary syphilis: IV penicillin G 
Allergic: IV Cetriaxone

Pregnancy: penicillin 
Allergic: desensitize and give penicillin.
