Centor criteria

1)History of fever

2)Tender anterior cervical adenopathy 

3)Tonsillar exudates

4)Absence of cough

Adults who meet all the above criteria : antibiotics started without testing for streptococcus

Meet 2-3 : Rapid strep antigen test is done
