Caused by bacterial bartonella henselae, after cat bite or scratch.
Clinical features:
Localized vesicles, erythema can lead to pustules with localized regional lymphadenopathy(suppurative).
The infection is usually self limiting, but can be painful and often requires antibiotics(azithromycin x 5 days)
Warthin-starry stain can be used to support the diagnosis.
