Radial head subluxation ( nursemaid's elbow)
Common in preschool children
Caused due to axial traction on forearm( pulling a child by the arm)
Arm in extension and pronation ( cry when arm is moved)
Treatment
1)Closed reduction by forearm hyperpronation( preferred)
2)Forearm supination and elbow flexion( painful)
