Findings:
Macrosomia, rapid growth till late childhood
Macroglossia
Hemihyperplasia
Medial umbilical wall defects( omphalocele, umbilical hernia)
Increased risk of
Wilms tumor
Hepatoblastoma
Screening:
Abdominal ultrasound and alpha-fetoprotein levels every 3 months from birth to 4 years of age
4-8 years: abdominal ultrasound every 3 months
8years - adolescence: Renal ultrasound
